On Glyder Fach there are several of Snowdonia’s longest Scrambles, high up above Lynn Bochlewidd with excellent views of Tryfan and the Carneddae. Shark’s Head Buttress, otherwise known as Hawksness Buttress, makes its way through some steep and committing ground to the summit of Glyder Fach. The grade 3 scramble is excellent and takes you into some wonderful positions and well worth the longish approach.
